Brandon was born in Arlington, Virginia and raised in Norman, Oklahoma, where he graduated from Norman High School in 1997. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2001 and a law degree in 2006.

Brandon began working at the firm as a clerk in May 2005 and joined the firm full-time in May 2006. He practices primarily in the areas of business formation, business transactions, real estate transactions, private securities transactions, and non-profit organizations.

Before attending law school, Brandon and his wife, Liza, worked for Young Life. Brandon spends his free time hunting, fishing, and following OU football. The Bakers attend Faith Bible Church.
